Understandable after Helene and Milton they were busy. I called to have my garage door replaced, I was not shopping around, a referral from a friend. A week went by, no contact and now another week plus, and no contact. Not sure I would ever give this company a label off my Campbell soup can.Spencer

Genie of St. Pete did such a great job for me, Kenny the technician came over, at the time as promised, and fixed the issue in a few minutes. Also, he did a quick garage door tune-up for me at no extra cost and also told me things I could do to make my garage door and opener perform better and last longer. There was no upsell pressure at all, so honest and profession from booking to service, can not speak highly enough of the whole team. I will never again look for another garage door company again, these are the guys

Call Genie of St Pete first. I have an old (1960!!) garage door. These guys are the only ones who will still have parts if you have an older door. Kenny really had to exert himself to fix my door (it was a little backbreaking for him, to be honest), but he did it cheerfully. He made sure to do every little tuneup possible to extend the life of the motor. Affordable. No upsells. Prompt.
